It has been decided to apply the up step rule in short selling transactions applied to the stocks in the BIST 50 index between February 24 and March 28, in today’s session.
According to this, the short selling transaction in the short selling stocks will be made at a price higher than the most recent transaction price of the capital market instrument that will be subject to short selling.
However, if the latest price of the capital market instrument subject to short sale is higher than the previous price, the short sale transaction can also be made at the last price level.
